Initial Meeting/Quotation
Our Plantscape Designer will meet with you to discuss your plantscape needs. This allows us to assess your office environment and discuss the type of plants and containers that may be suitable with regard to lighting, temperature, layout and most importantly you, the people who work there.
After the meeting you will receive a written proposal. It will explain the type of plants and containers recommended by our designer and the cost of the plant rental and maintenance. You will also receive a copy of our standard agreement which clearly shows what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
On Going Plant Care
One of our fully trained plant care technicians will visit your premises regularly. They will always be neatly presented and in uniform displaying the Gaddys logo and keep your plants in peak condition. Their duties will include:
- Clean the dust from the plant foliage
- Hand water the plants
- Remove any spent foliage
- Remove all rubbish from plants and containers
Plant Replacement
Whilst we strive to keep plants in peak condition, plants are living things and their quality will naturally diminish over time. Before this happens our plant care technicians will remove these plants and replace them with a similar size and style. Should this not be available you will receive a replacement of a greater value at no additional cost. We guarantee that we will not replace plants with one of lesser quality.
Q-Visit
Our quality control supervisor will visit or phone you at least three times a year. This ensures that each of our sites always meets our standards and most importantly yours, it also provides the opportunity to re-assess your needs.
